• ADGM (Abu Dhabi): A Category 3C regulated entity under regulatory approval from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), which will operate an Incorporated Cell Company (ICC).
• An associate entity, Radiant Capital, regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
